Rachel Miller-Selzer joined Mehlman Consulting as a Health Policy Analyst in 2023. Rachel conducts health policy research, analyzes and summarizes legislation and proposed rules, and prepares summaries of Congressional hearings and markups on a variety of healthcare topics. Prior to joining the firm, she spent five years working in pediatric intensive care as a registered nurse. Rachel holds a Master of Public Health with a focused concentration in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Nursing from Northeastern University.
