Witt Caldwell is a Policy Analyst at Mehlman Consulting. Witt; joined the firm in 2023 and conducts policy analysis and develops in-depth content for the firm’s clients with interests in China, trade, tax policy, and financial services. Prior to joining Mehlman, Witt was a strategy consultant at Arc Aspicio, a consulting and technology company focused on homeland security, where he worked on a project team at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He also previously served as a congressional staffer in the office of Congressman Mike Johnson (R-LA). Witt earned his master’s degree in Security Policy Studies at The George Washington University and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Louisiana Tech University.
